I have a motor that I don’t know who built it but it is inserted and this last weekend we did a parade and somewhere in the motor or trans noise started and a slight knock. The motor would not idle...

In all those years in storage, how did they keep it dust free. It looks like it was stored n a regular garage. Did they never crank the motor to keep it lubed? Is it the original oil in the crank...

This is why I am always contemplating going with a modern motor in my model A's instead of getting the original motors rebuilt. Or may be wait till Tod gets his new model A motors done.

Love the project. If it were me I would fix as much of the rot as I could and assemble the body with scars and all and enjoy driving it. Or you could look for replacement panels at your local swap...

I ordered a classtique kit for my 1930 deluxe roadster, it is a numbers matching car and was very original. I myself would not order another one from them as the fit was not to my liking.
