Cast Iron Brake Drums

Just got my cast iron brake drums back from Mel Gross. They are beautiful. All new lug bolts, perfectly swaged, and drums turned to the hubs. Can't wait too stop on a dime! Thanks Mel

Ran into the same problem with my 28 tudor. Replaced the rear regulators with repro's and now the operating shafts are a 1/4 inch short and will not hold the handle. I'm using a Lebarron interior. ...

Thanks for the response. That's kind of what I thought. It just seems strange that Ford would have terminated the machine screw with a plain nut and not a clinch nut or something else.

Does anyone know the purpose of this bolt hole and what type of nut goes on it? It appears to pass thru the door post latch cover.
