Re: Lacquer Paint fix?

at? And why was it banned? I'm sure the modern paints like urethanes, epoxy primers
clear coat products are...

motor? Or better yet, when we say "Shift early" what can be
the safest, lowest speed without damaging the motor?

Great idea! A cage to surround you with a 10 or 11 gallon tank

Re: Westach Ammeters.
I have had a few chepo ammeters go bad. Yep, the most popular complaint is
the needle popping off. I for one will get one of these better units. I need
reliability in my cars, not breakdowns.

Re: Cluster bearing solution?
I just was given a transmission & bellhousing from a family that has passed away.
Now I can dissemble the unit and try to engineer something. I'm still favoring the bronze bushing idea. Why?...

Re: Light switch yardstick trick
Gaffer tape is used in the film industry. It is flat black to keep the reflection down so the cameras don't pick up a reflection while filming.

I was always schooled by some good mechanics that it is a good way to
shorten the life of a motor. I bet Ford enjoyed it. More...
