Positive post on original coil
I can't tell the positive from the negative post on my original coil.Can someone identify them as looking from the front of the car toward the cowl? Positive on the left or right?

Sounds like you need springs.My first new car was a 1959 Ranchwagon twodoor, sky blue, six cylinder.I could haul four adults with a couple of kiddies in the rear space with no problem.

I just installed cast iron drums and '35 16inch wheels with 205 radial General blackwalls and am very happy with the results.I kept the 19inchers for some reason as I'm not easily embarrassed.
