Z-Machine Ocheyedan, Iowa

Does anyone know the status on Z-Machine? A friend shipped a 36 21 stud there for machine work, they no longer answer the phone or respond to email. Has been there for quite a while.

They have replied to email and receptionist has answered phone call. However, there has been no response regarding status request.
